the staff was amazing and helpful, i felt really appreciate. they have many cool features. i think the breakfast i had here was the best i had during my vacation. the restaurant was also really good.

the floor boards creaked when i walked around in the room. there wasn't a microwave in my room. the receptionist told me they have 24/7 tea and coffee but there wasn't water available at 5 am and no tap to fill the kettle in that room.
